Build strength from the inside out.

You're already in the gym. You already eat pretty well. Force the Change is for the athlete who's putting in the work and wants it to finally show. Custom training, nutrition and weekly coaching that teaches you the why behind every decision, so the progress makes sense and it lasts.

Sound familiar?

Doing the work.
Not seeing it.

  • You train five or six days a week and your physique looks about the same as it did last year.
  • You eat well Monday to Friday, then the weekend undoes it.
  • You've saved every post, read every thread and tried every split. More information hasn't helped.
  • You want to look like you lift. Strong and built, not smaller.
  • You're tired of guessing and ready for someone to look at what you're actually doing.

You don't need more information. You need direction that fits you, and to understand why it works.

Most people who come to Force the Change aren't lazy or uninformed. They're often doing too much: too many sessions, too much intensity, not enough recovery, and a nutrition plan that only works five days out of seven.

Coaching here starts with what you're already doing, finds what's holding you back, and builds a plan around your real life. You'll learn the reasoning as you go, so eventually you can make these calls yourself.

The FTC method

Build from
the ground up.

Three principles behind every program. They're simple on purpose, and they're what make progress repeatable.

Principle 01

Build from the ground up

Strong physiques are built on strong foundations. Master the fundamentals and learn the movement before increasing the demand.

Position, pressure, power.

Principle 02

Train with intention

Every exercise has a purpose and every rep has a goal. Know what you're trying to accomplish before you simply move weight.

Every exercise earns its place.

Principle 03

Earn your progress

Progress isn't only more weight. Better execution, control, range of motion and extra reps all count. Load follows.

Remove compensation before adding load.

The better your movement becomes, the more weight you'll naturally earn over time.

Inside coaching

What you

Hi, I'm
Madison.

I've been that girl. Training almost every day, jumping between random workouts I found online, and never sticking with one plan long enough for it to work. I kind of knew nutrition, but I didn't really know what I was doing. My gut health was poor, my hormones were off, and I couldn't figure out why.

The frustrating part was that I was doing a lot. Too much, actually. Without structure or a plan, all that effort was just adding stress to my body, and I wasn't consistent with the things that mattered. I was putting in the work and I didn't look like I lifted.

That's why I coach from the inside out. We start with your health: your gut, your hormones, your recovery, and a plan that gives your effort a purpose. When the inside is working, it starts to show on the outside. I'll help you look like you lift, and I'll teach you the why along the way, so you understand your body well enough to keep building it on your own.

Think of it like a hike. You set the pace, I know the terrain and point the direction, and eventually you walk it on your own.

Madison reads your answers personally and reaches out by email to set up a video call. You'll talk through your goals and decide together whether coaching is the right fit.
